2.1.3 We endeavor to make the Services available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any planned service interruptions.
2.1.4 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary internet connection, devices, and software required to access and use the Services.
2.2 Account Management

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1.1 The Services are offered on a freemium basis:
Free tier: access to 2 documents, 5 queries
Premium subscription: $20 per month for Unlimited number of requests/documents and much more
3.1.2 All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
3.1.3 We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
3.2 Payment Terms
3.2.1 Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due immediately upon subscription.
3.2.2 You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your bill.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
3.3.1 You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
3.3.2 Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
3.3.3 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support within 14 days of your initial subscription for a full refund.
